Returns Window & Eligibility
We want you to love your Marlowen Home products. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) ready when contacting us.
How to Start Your Return
Simply email our friendly team at supportmarlowenhome@gmail.com with your order number. If you're returning an item because it's arrived damaged or faulty, please attach a couple of clear photos so we can resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
Refunds & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm it's been processed. Your refund will be applied back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
Shipping & Exclusions
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for items showing normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage occurred after delivery.
